We believe in making bold statements — and that includes how we deliver your order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your items will reach you.

Order Processing
All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping. Standard order processing time is 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during peak seasons, promotional periods, or involving custom or limited-edition items may require additional time.

Once an order is processed, a shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent via email.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Shipping options and costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. The following delivery timelines apply from the date of dispatch:

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or logistical disruptions.

International Shipping
International orders are accepted for select countries. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed at checkout.

Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond the control of Maximum Ego.

Tracking Information
All shipped orders include tracking. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent via email and can be used to monitor the shipment status directly through the courier’s portal.

If tracking information is not available within 48 hours after shipment confirmation, customers are advised to contact the support team with their order ID.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery. Maximum Ego is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to inaccurate address information provided at checkout.

Restricted Shipping Areas
Shipping is not available to the following locations:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO military addresses

Countries or regions under trade restrictions

Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the event of a lost, damaged, or tampered package, a claim must be submitted to the customer support team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date or the expected arrival window.
