1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Customized, made-to-order, discounted, or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Personalized or custom-made pieces
Gift cards or digital downloads
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
3. Return Process
